Prize money

This season we have 80 managers. Therefore – total prize fund is £1600. Total prize money breakdown will be thus:-

In the event of a tie for finishing league positions, FPL will determine who finishes higher. This is done on countback of transfers made across the season. If this is also even….I’ll have to get back to you. Hopefully, it’ll never come to this. They may count back goals scored or they may simply give the two contesting teams = positions. In this case I will split the prize money equally between the two contesting teams. Inseparable equal positions are displayed on the league table with the same league position number in the first column. For example, it may list two 10th place teams with the next team listed as being in 12th. 

In the event of a tie for the manager of the month prizes, the winner will be decided by transfers hits taken in that gameweek/month (that’s -4 deductions), goals scored in that gameweek/month, then by most bonus points in that gameweek/month, then by assist points scored in that gameweek/month. If it’s still even, the money will be split between the two contesting teams.

In the event of a tie for joint highest gameweek score, I will take transfer hits into consideration. If the teams are still tied, the pot will be shared.

Ten months in total. August 2023 through to May 2024. Here’s a breakdown of the gameweeks. There is one bumper 7 week long gameweek in December. There will be a Christmas bonus in the prize money breakdown.
