The final stretch. The final month. Four more gameweeks and we’ll know our champion. Chelsea are virtually champions. This week should seal it. Palace have stopped playing with mid table malaise creeping in. It could be the perfect fixture for Chelsea to silence a few critics. A 1-0 wouldn’t be a great surprise though would it?

This is the part of the fantasy season where you might want to start hedging your bets on those players you’ve avoided since day one – from the almost relegated teams going all out to stay in the division. Recent weeks have seen an upsurge in the ownership of Leicester City players. It’ll be worth keeping hold this week given that they play Newcastle, who seem destined to remain on 35 points and are simply hoping that three of the teams below them don’t catch them up. Hull collected six points during gameweek 33 – this will have given them a massive boost. But, enough to beat Arsenal? Arsenal still have a lot to play for. The higher up the Champions League hierarchy you are the less likely you are to have to face a trip to Moldova in July. Second place would be progress for the Gunners. They’ve not finished runners up since 2005.
