RayCrawfordsCrackers win their third weekly award, although they’ve not yet to feature in the reckoning for a monthly prize. Our resident tinkerman is at it again. They were the only teamto break the 60 point barrier in a relatively low scoring week. Their main man was West Ham’s Aaron Cresswell who contributed 15 points.

That’s what you get for a 90 minute appearance as a defender, uncarded, with a goal, a clean sheet and full bonus marks. It’s also what Gael Clichy, Glen Johnson and Chris Smalling achieved this weekend. In the event of this four way tie the player of the week award goes to Glen Johnson. He, Clichy and Smalling all come in at £0.1 million cheaper than Cresswell. Surprising? Not really – it’s a fair reflection on their form and clean sheet keeping ability. Johnson clinches the award essentially for being the least popular – with only a 0.8% ownership compared to 0.9% for Smalling and an oddly high 5.4% for Clichy. An international reputation and a few Premier League winners medals means very little in fantasy football.

The November Manager of the month is Neil Madrid. Their 52 points was more than enough to keep them ahead of Paris Spinks Germain to win the £10 prize. No-one really got close to Neil Madrid who started the month in 16th and almost 100 points behind the leaders, but ended it in 6th and within 40 points of top spot.

Player of the week – Glen Johnson – 15 points. His first clean sheet of the season.

Bargain of the week – Costel Pantilimon – 10 points. Kept out Chelsea for his second consecutive clean sheet.

Donkey of the week – Moussa Sissoko – -1 points. Probably in the week in which his ownership was at it’s highest point of the season.

Goal of the week – Robin Van Persie. Remember him?
